Has an anti-obstruction safety feature that allows the gate to open when an obstruction is observed. When the gate is closed the non-reversible feature locks it closed! Auto close function included with Easy external switch to place system into manual mode if you want gates to stay open. Soft start and finish to increase life of motors and stop noisy gate slam. They look great in stainless steel and very compact. Can be installed on gates that open in-to or out of property (PUSH or PULL to OPEN) up to 100 degrees Can be used with Easysystems optional extras such as safety photocell beams, keypad access controllers, intercoms, free exit sensors, solar power, lighting and exit buttons. The transformer will reduce the power to a safe 18volts so you can then run standard house cable or an extension lead with the end plugs removed, (which ever is cheaper) above or below ground or even along your fence to the auto-gate control box at the gate. This will save you hundreds of dollars on installation costs of mains power and you can install this yourself.
